Returns

We accept returns on all orders. Due to the intimate nature of our product, We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the original condition that you received them. To ensure you receive a full refund, please remember to keep the tags attached, avoid snags and tears, and avoid smoke, perfume, and deodorant stains. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our health and hygiene standards. 

Any outbound shipping and transactional charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • $10 USD shipping charges; 
  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
  • Processing fee and currency exchange fee

Returns are at your own expense.

Refunds

If your return and refund is approved, we'll automatically issue it back to your original payment method. Just keep in mind that it may take a little while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Also, please note that returns from the United States might take up to 30 business days from when the items are dropped off at the Post Office. This is because of the time it takes for the products to get to our warehouse in Canada. But don't worry, we're on top of it and will make sure everything goes smoothly!
